Job Description
- Leverage deep understanding of True Money&aposs products and services, market dynamics, customer needs within the government sector, and strategic partnerships to identify, develop, and launch innovative digital payment and financial solutions tailored for government agencies and state enterprises.
- Manage and collaborate with key government agencies, state-owned enterprises (SOEs), and other public sector organizations to integrate True Money&aposs solutions for seamless financial transactions.
- Drive growth and market adoption of True Money&aposs digital financial services within the government sector, focusing on specific use cases such as public service payments, welfare disbursements, and digital collections.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to develop detailed execution plans and monitor progress against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Track and report on key business development metrics, providing regular updates and insights to management.
RESPONSIBILITY
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory frameworks specific to government procurement and financial services to inform strategic decision-making for True Money&aposs public sector offerings.
- Engage directly with key decision-makers and stakeholders within government agencies and state enterprises to understand their pain points, unmet needs, and strategic priorities, translating these into actionable product requirements and tailored True Money solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including, but not limited to, Legal, Compliance, Operations, IMC, and Product Development to ensure seamless development and successful commercial launch of initiatives.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new products and initiatives targeting the public sector, defining target segments, value propositions, and appropriate engagement channels (e.g., government tenders, direct pitches).
- Utilize data-driven insights and customer research to continuously analyze performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize strategies and execution to achieve company targets and objectives.
- Coordinate with different use case owners and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for building bundled solutions or cross-use case campaigns, enhancing value propositions for targeted customer segments
REQUIREMENT
- 5+ years of demonstrable experience in Business Development or Sales, with a proven track record of successfully establishing and managing relationships with Thai government agencies, state-owned enterprises (SOEs), or public sector organizations.
- Proven experience (e.g., 3-5 years) in Business Development or Sales, with a strong track record of success in engaging with and securing partnerships/projects with Thai government agencies or state-owned enterprises (SOEs) is ESSENTIAL.
- In-depth understanding of True Money&aposs product ecosystem, digital payment solutions, and financial services, with the ability to articulate their value proposition to government clients.
- Strong existing network and proven ability to engage with key decision-makers within the Thai public sector (e.g., Ministry of Finance, Public Debt Management Office, Comptroller General&aposs Department, local administrations, state-owned banks, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Thai and English.
- Good problem solving and analytical skills.The role will require competent level of data analytics to drive insights and be able to present the data to senior management
- Basic understanding of product management and development process
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in consumer technology (e.g., e-commerce, Fintech)
- Understanding of SQL database is a big plus
- Background in Fintech, Financial Services, or Public Sector Consulting.
