This is not just a manager role. You'll own our growth engine, lead a squad of smart Associates/Senior Associates, and work directly with co-founders to close big deals, launch game-changing campaigns, and shape the future of e-commerce in Thailand. Key responsibilities:
- Lead the entire business development cycle: pipeline generation, account planning, proposal creation, CRM management, pitching, and closing deals
- Manage and coach a high-performing team of Associates and Senior Associates—develop talent, drive performance, and build a winning culture
- Act as a trusted advisor to brands, offering strategic guidance across TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and emerging platforms
- Build strategic business plans, pitch decks, and partnership proposals alongside leadership
- Identify whitespace opportunities through competitor and market research
- Lead go-to-market execution in collaboration with cross-functional teams: Creator, Content, Shop Management, Live Studio, and MarCom
- Strengthen client relationships, forge new partnerships, and expand Ripples network across industries
- Represent Ripples at events and conferences, and stay plugged into the evolving eCommerce ecosystem
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in business development, commercial strategy, consulting, sales, or startup leadership
- Experience leading and coaching teams—especially in fast-moving environments
- A strong track record in FMCG, fashion, health & beauty, or e-commerce
- Direct experience in or exposure to eCommerce enablers, agencies, or marketplaces
- Sharp business acumen and communication skills—you can pitch, lead, and close
- High EQ with an entrepreneurial mindset—you move through ambiguity with clarity
- Fluency in both Thai & English; other languages are a bonus
- The energy to scale a rocket ship
