Business Development Manager (Strategic Campaign Manager, Insurance Business) Ascend Money

Responsibilities:

• Identify top insurance trends in the market for product development / acquisition purposes
• Develop end-to-end commercial strategy and go-to-market particularly for in-app acquisition, activation, upsell and cross-sell campaign
• Constantly optimize marketing campaign across in-app media to increase funnel effectiveness (reach, CTR, Opt-in rate, actual conversion)
• Identify improvement areas to maintain customer persistency
• Monitor and analyze overall performance of insurance business and identify means to further improve the premium growth
• Manage related parties to support and meet target financial/ non-financial goals including fulfillment of customer expectation and all regulation.
• Oversee all aspects of campaign operations
• Lead and support key strategic projects for insurance team

Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Admin, Finance, Economic or related field.
• 5+ year of experience in Business development, Marketing, Sales
• Experience in eCommerce and / or Insurance industry is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful customer acquisition and
• engagement strategies.
• Experience with both online and offline marketing and sales strategies.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Computer literacy in MS Office; Excel, Power Point, Word
