Job Description:

  • Lead and manage distributor and channel sales operations to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Develop and execute sales and channel strategies to expand market presence in the industrial sector.
  • Build strong partnerships with distributors and key stakeholders to drive sustainable business growth.
  • Oversee sales pipeline, forecasting, and performance management.
  • Conduct customer engagement, negotiations, and strategic planning with a results-driven mindset.
  • Demonstrate decisiveness and managerial courage in complex or high-pressure situations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales operations and distributor management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience engaging with end users in industrial sectors such as construction, oil & gas, or related industries.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of industrial tools and equipment.
  • Good English skills
