Business Development Manager (Wind Energy)

We're seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead the development and expansion of our Wind Energy business. This strategic role will be responsible for identifying new investment opportunities, driving project development activities, managing key stakeholders, and supporting the growth of the company's renewable energy portfolio.

Job Description:

• Lead the identification, evaluation, and development of new wind energy opportunities.

• Develop business strategies and project pipelines to support the company's growth objectives.

• Manage land acquisition, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory approval processes.

• Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, business partners, landowners, and local communities.

• Conduct commercial assessments, investment analysis, and project feasibility evaluations.

• Lead negotiations for strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and commercial agreements.

• Collaborate with internal teams to advance projects from origination through development stages.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Renewable Energy, or related fields.

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in renewable energy, power development, infrastructure, or project development.

• Proven experience in wind energy development, business development, or energy project investment.

• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and commercial skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English.
