Our solutions are trusted by thousands of hospitality businesses across Europe. We are now expanding into the Thai market, starting from Phuket.

About the Role Business Development & Market Expansion (Thailand)

We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial professional to lead our initial commercial development in Thailand.

This is a hands-on role combining:

  • Market research
  • Business development
  • Customer discovery
  • Early sales
  • Field visits and relationship building

You will work directly with Octorate's international team while engaging with hotels and restaurants on the ground in Phuket.

This is a rare opportunity to join a growing international tech company at the early stage of its expansion in Thailand and to play a key role in building the local market from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a structured pipeline of independent hotels and restaurants in Phuket
  • Conduct outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person visits
  • Run discovery meetings to understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities
  • Learn Octorate and Octotable in depth to confidently present and demonstrate the products
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of all activities
  • Collaborate with HQ to share market insights and refine the go-to-market strategy
  • Contribute to small marketing experiments to generate additional leads

Candidate Profile

  • Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written) non-negotiable
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • At least 2 years of professional experience (Sales, Hospitality, Tech, or SaaS preferred)
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and resilient when facing rejection
  • Independent, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Compensation & Growth

  • Based in Phuket (relocation support available)
  • Salary: 40,000 50,000 THB per month
  • Performance-based commission structure
  • Clear growth path toward a future leadership role as Thailand operations scale
