What You'll Be Doing
- Represent the company to identify and acquire new potential partners, Introducing Brokers (IBs), clients, and investors
- Manage and expand existing client relationships to continuously drive trading volume and revenue
- Negotiate high-level deals and develop innovative, out-of-the-box solutions to meet client needs
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs
- Provide ongoing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to sales team leaders and members
- Develop training materials, call scripts, and monitoring systems to improve sales effectiveness and productivity
- Analyze sales data to optimize team performance and provide individual feedback
- Monitor competitor strategies and propose competitive countermeasures to management
- Liaise with the General Manager on management matters and report on team performance
- Handle customer complaints and collaborate with support teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of customer service processes to improve overall service quality
Who We're Looking For
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any field
- Experience: Proven experience in Sales or Business Development (open to fresh graduates)
- Nationality: Thai
- Technical Skills & Competencies: Knowledge of stock, securities, and forex markets, with familiarity in trading platforms such as MetaTrader 4 (MT4) being an advantage, combined with strong leadership qualities and a positive, team-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate is sales-driven with excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, able to perform under pressure, resolve complex problems effectively, and communicate clearly via phone and email with a strong service mindset.
