Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture, Economics, Real Estate, or related fields
- At least 2 years of experience in Architecture, Business Development, or Data Analysis within real estate, retail, shopping center, or property development industries
- Understanding of architectural drawings, space planning, and feasibility assessment
- Able to use AutoCAD for layout review and concept development
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Fair to good command of English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing
- Strong analytical and presentation skills with the ability to interpret market and business data
- Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams including Design, Leasing, Operations, and Project Development
- Knowledge of market research, competitor analysis, and site evaluation methodologies
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in shopping center, mixed-use, retail, or commercial development projects is an advantage

Responsibilities:
- Gather, consolidate, and analyze data related to new investment and development projects, including market research, purchasing power analysis, customer behavior, competitor benchmarking, and SWOT analysis to support business decision-making
- Conduct feasibility assessments and provide business insights to evaluate project opportunities and commercial potential
- Collect, prepare, and maintain business intelligence and project-related information for shopping center developments to support the Sales and Commercial teams
- Develop sales support materials, business presentations, and training content for relevant internal stakeholders and sales staff
- Identify and present business opportunities, project concepts, and value propositions effectively to clients and business partners
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Design, Leasing, Operations, and Project Development to ensure business requirements align with project objectives
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to recommend strategic initiatives and business growth opportunities
- Prepare reports and presentations for management review and business planning purposes
- Support business expansion initiatives and strategic projects as assigned
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the department
