Strategic Partnerships: Identify and pitch to high-potential restaurant partners for CPG, Non-CPG chains and local partner (SME) to expand our points and rewards ecosystem
CRM Management & Optimization: Design and evaluate point fee packages to fit each partners
Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies offering various services to restaurant partners
Data-Driven Marketing: Analyze guest behavior patterns to create targeted campaigns that reduce churn and increase repeat visits
Monitoring industry trends and activities by launching strategic plan to beat market and be more competitive
Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned merchant accounts
Qualifications :
5 years of experience in business management, key account and trade marketing from e-commerce, quick commerce, retail, fmcg brand industry is a plus
Excellent analytical communication and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau and data analysis with good verbal & written communication skills in Thai and English
Hands-on mindset, positive attitude to drive impact and change, desire to learn and grow with strong ownership, team spirit and solution-oriented mindset
