Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify and pitch to high-potential restaurant partners for CPG, Non-CPG chains and local partner (SME) to expand our points and rewards ecosystem
  • CRM Management & Optimization: Design and evaluate point fee packages to fit each partners
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies offering various services to restaurant partners
  • Data-Driven Marketing: Analyze guest behavior patterns to create targeted campaigns that reduce churn and increase repeat visits
  • Monitoring industry trends and activities by launching strategic plan to beat market and be more competitive
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned merchant accounts

Qualifications :

  • 5 years of experience in business management, key account and trade marketing from e-commerce, quick commerce, retail, fmcg brand industry is a plus
  • Excellent analytical communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau and data analysis with good verbal & written communication skills in Thai and English
  • Hands-on mindset, positive attitude to drive impact and change, desire to learn and grow with strong ownership, team spirit and solution-oriented mindset
  • Experiences/Background in CP Group is a plus
