Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Representative to grow Teltonikas Networking Solutions presence across Thailand. Based in Bangkok, you will work independently as an individual contributorprospecting, opening new accounts, and building strong relationships with Thai customers for our industrial routers, switches, gateways, and modems.

Teltonikas networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.

Teltonika provides an opportunity for every ambitious sales representative to improve their sales skills, develop comprehensive knowledge of products, and generate considerable earnings. In this role, you will:

  • Conduct market research to identify high-potential segments and opportunities in Thailand.
  • Reach out to new prospects via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn; run discovery calls and online demos.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships through regular touchpoints and occasional on-site visits.
  • Prepare quotations/commercial offers and support negotiations to help achieve sales targets.
  • Represent Teltonika at exhibitions and client meetings in Thailand (and occasionally in the region).
  • Collaborate with technical support and product specialists to address customer requirements.
  • Keep meticulous CRM records (activities, contacts, pipeline) and provide weekly progress reports.

What we expect of you:

  • Fluent Thai and professional English (spoken & written) for client communication and internal collaboration.
  • 13 years in B2B sales / BDR sales focused on industrial networking hardwareindustrial routers, switches, gateways, and cellular modemsselling to distributors and enterprise/OT customers (manufacturing, utilities, transport).
  • Proven hunter mindset: lead generation, cold calling, and opening new markets.
  • Hands-on with CRM and prospecting tools (e.g., HubSpot/Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha/Apollo/ZoomInfo).
  • High energy, self-driven, and able to work independently; willing to travel across Thailand for client visits.
  • Existing network in Thailand or prior GTM experience is an advantage.

We appreciate everyone&aposs efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive base salary that will matching your skillset and field expertise. We also have an unlimited bonus commission structure.
