Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales team. The BDR will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities by identifying, researching, and engaging potential clients in the hospitality sector. This role is ideal for someone looking to kickstart their career in SaaS sales, with a clear path to grow into senior sales roles within Avalon Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients within the hospitality industry using a mix of outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification.
  • Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to generate interest and book qualified meetings for senior sales representatives.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute lead generation campaigns and improve targeting strategies.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their business challenges, needs, and fit for Avalon Analytics solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions and activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with senior sales team members by providing background research and support ahead of demos and negotiations.
  • Actively contribute ideas to improve lead generation tactics and sales development processes.
  • Represent Avalon Analytics professionally as the first point of contact with potential clients

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in SaaS, hospitality technology, and commercial strategy.
  • Excellent English & Thai communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple outreach activities simultaneously.
  • Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles (internship or full-time) is an advantage but not required.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
