Position: Business Development Representative - B2B (Career Ladder)

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Support and / or propose the business strategies, activities or campaigns to attract the new / potential business partnerships for all company's business.
Maintain the business relationship with current and build client relationships with prospective students.
Proactively enhance the growth of B2C follow the business strategies, goals and plan.
Coordinate and support other department to ensure the company's strategies and business goals are achieved.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in managing B2B sales and business activities, strategies, and campaigns
Experience with sales in school, universities, and /or education industry environments is an advantage
Strong communication and negotiation skills, teamwork spirit
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English (incl. presentation and report)
Effective time-management skills; including an ability to organize and prioritize workloads and work to tight deadlines
Well-developed research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Target-driven and customer-oriented
Proficiency in MS Office programs
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills (dealing with a wide variety of people, and ability to empathize and listen to others)
Confident, self-motivated, and flexible with an ability to thrive under pressure
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Flexible, able to travel to meet customers and attend events
