Job Summary

The Business Development Representative supports the school's growth by assisting in admissions operations, academic coordination, and event execution. This role contributes to delivering a seamless admissions experience, supporting internal academic processes, and helping drive student recruitment through events and engagement activities.

What You'll Drive

  • Admissions & Student Recruitment
  • Support the end-to-end admissions process from inquiry to enrollment.
  • Manage and organize student application documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Follow up with prospective families and provide timely updates
  • Maintain and update student records and admissions data
  • Assist in converting leads into enrollments
  • Business Growth Support
  • Assist in implementing strategies to support student recruitment and school growth
  • Support outreach initiatives, partnerships, and engagement activities
  • Contribute ideas to improve admissions performance and parent experience
  • Assist in event logistics, preparation of materials, and on-site coordination
  • Academic & Administrative Support
  • Assist with academic administrative tasks (e.g., class lists, schedules, student records)
  • Coordinate with academic staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Support preparation of academic-related documents and materials
  • Communication & Coordination
  • Serve as a key point of contact for prospective parents and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure clear, professional, and timely communication
  • Coordinate across Admissions, Academic, and Operations teams

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in admissions, business development, events, or administrative roles
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Excellent communication skills in Thai and English
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
