Job Description

Role Summary

DBot Software is looking for a Business Development Representative to build and drive our outbound sales pipeline. You'll identify, reach, and qualify enterprise prospects across the DACH region and Asia Pacific, and book meetings for our leadership team. We're an AI software development agency with a focus on e-commerce, and a certified MedusaJS Expert Partner, based in Bangkok and serving enterprise clients across the DACH region and Asia Pacific.

You don't need to close deals, you need to open doors.

What You'll Do

  • Research and identify target accounts matching our ICP: mid-market B2B manufacturers and enterprise retailers across DACH and Asia Pacific with complex e-commerce needs
  • Build prospecting lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar tools
  • Run multi-channel outbound sequences: LinkedIn, email, and selective cold calling
  • Craft personalised outreach that speaks to the prospect's business challenges, not generic templates
  • Qualify leads using structured frameworks (BANT or similar) before handing off to leadership
  • Book discovery calls and demos with decision-makers (CTOs, Heads of Digital, E-Commerce Directors)
  • Maintain clean CRM hygiene: Log all activities, track pipeline, and report on key metrics
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine ICP, messaging, and outbound playbooks based on what's working
  • Stay current on AI-driven development, MedusaJS, headless commerce, and the e-commerce landscape across DACH and Asia Pacific to have credible conversations

Required Skills

  • 2–4 years of B2B outbound sales development experience, ideally selling technical services or SaaS to enterprise
  • Proven track record of booking qualified meetings through cold outreach
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email sequencing tools
  • Strong written and verbal English: You'll be reaching out to DACH prospects who operate in English
  • Comfortable researching technical topics enough to have an intelligent first conversation
  • Self-starter who can build a pipeline from scratch, not just work inbound leads
  • Organised, disciplined, and metrics-driven

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling into the DACH market specifically
  • Understanding of AI software development, e-commerce platforms, headless commerce, or agency services
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar)
  • Familiarity with frameworks like BANT, MEDDIC, or Challenger Sale
  • German language skills are a strong plus for DACH outreach
  • Additional European languages
