Business Development Representative in Thailand

Fire Suppression & Detection Systems | Data Centre Sector

Salary: THB 1,000,000 – 1,300,000 / year (base + bonus) + car allowance

Location: Thailand (remote position)

A global leader in fire suppression, detection, and safety solutions is expanding its footprint across Southeast Asia and is seeking a high-calibre Sales / Business Development professional to drive market growth in Thailand, with a strong focus on data centre sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the company's presence in Thailand, primarily targeting data centres, approaching design firms, contractors, installers, and consultants.
  • Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key influencers, and manage the complete sales cycle.
  • Provide technical-commercial guidance on product solutions.
  • Monitor project pipelines, market trends, and competitor activity across Thailand.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Requirements

  • Experience in selling solutions into the data centre segment.
  • Background in sales, business development, account management, or technical customer-facing roles (e.g., specification engineer / manager) within fire protection, MEP, HVAC, safety systems, construction, or industrial equipment sectors.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.
