Job Description

Zycus is hiring highly motivated Business Development professionals in Thailand. As a global leader in Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procurement solutions, Zycus is trusted by over 2,000 leading enterprises across 40+ countries. Our AI-powered procurement automation and digital transformation solutions help organizations unlock greater business value. As we continue to expand across the APAC region, we are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our Sales team in Bangkok, Thailand, and contribute to driving revenue growth in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Proactively contact potential customers via outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Prospecting & Qualification: Identify decision-makers and qualify leads based on procurement needs.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate lead data in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and track progress.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing to follow up on inbound leads and improve conversion rates.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly KPIs for lead generation.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on procurement industry trends and competitor offerings

Job Requirement

Skills & Experience Required

  • 2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in SaaS, technology sales, or procurement software.
  • Strong English and Thai communication skills (written + verbal).
  • Experience in CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Proven ability to generate and qualify leads in a B2B setting.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes or SaaS procurement software is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Soft Skills (Pitching, Probing, Objection Handling, Rapport Building)
  • Strong, in-depth analytical skill
  • Proficient in professional business conversational etiquette
  • Account Mapping & Social Selling ability
  • Networking & Team Management
  • Educational Qualification: B.E./MBA from premium institutes
  • This role will be completely remote, allowing the selected candidate to work from anywhere in Thailand while supporting our APAC growth initiatives.
