Job Description

  • Perform outbound calls to potential and current customers and new customers
  • Close sales and meet monthly sales goals in accordance with development plan
  • Qualify customers sales potential and plan activities to increase book of business
  • Analyze relevant customers for targeted sales campaigns and build a work plan to increase sales
  • Communicate closely with trade and cross-functional teams on market intelligence, service updates, customer challenges and opportunities
  • Build, maintain and manage relationships with customers in the assigned portfolio
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell to existing customers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
  • Must have experience in Tele-Sales in Shipping or Freight Forwarding Industry
