Monitor public sector directions, policies, and digital initiatives to anticipate future technology requirements.
Participate in go-to-market planning, develop account strategies, and lead project-based sales engagements with a long-term vision.
Support strategic partnership building, industry alliances, and ecosystem integration to enhance solution offerings.
Provide insights to the leadership team about technology gaps, market shifts, and competitive positioning in the government tech landscape.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in System Integrator (SI) or solution-based sales targeting government clients
Proven ability to blend technology and business strategy to propose practical solutions for public sector organizations
Strong understanding of the government procurement process and experience working with public TORs is a plus
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives and technical stakeholders
Strategic mindset with a passion for technology-driven innovation and public impact
Ability to work cross-functionally and lead initiatives that involve multiple teams and timelines
Experience leading or mentoring junior BD or solution teams is a plus
