Proactively identify, negotiate, and onboard local KOLs, influencers, and Introducing Brokers (IBs) into the partnership program to drive new user acquisition and deposits.
Drive volume and revenue to achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs. Create out of the box solutions to close high-level deals with potential investors and partners.
Act as the primary point of contact for partners and high-value clients. Maintain and expand existing relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and continuous revenue growth.
Monitor local industry trends, competitor movements, and sales performance. Utilize data to optimize marketing campaigns (ROI) and propose competitive countermeasures to management.
Represent the company at local events and forums to build a trustworthy brand presence and network within the crypto community.
Collaborate with marketing, support, and operations teams to resolve client issues, ensure smooth onboarding, and improve the overall sales effectiveness and customer journey.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related field.
Proficiency in Thai and English (Required).
Thai nationality.
Competencies
Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency ecosystem and financial trading products.
Deep knowledge of the Thailand market landscape and local user behavior.
Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and partnership management skills.
