We're a new broker preparing to launch in Bangkok Thailand, and we're looking Business Developer in the Forex industry. If you are motivated to identify growth opportunities and build strong client relationships in a collaborative environment, this role offers a chance to contribute meaningfully to our company's ongoing success.

What you will do:
Identify and develop new business opportunities (prospects, partners, networks, referrals)
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through calls, meetings and online channels
Understand client needs and present suitable products/solutions to help them succeed
Maintain an active sales pipeline and keep all activities updated in the CRM
Work closely with Support/Operations to ensure smooth onboarding and high client satisfaction
Stay aware of market trends and competitors and suggest ideas to improve our offer
Be flexible and available to support key clients when needed, even outside standard office hours
What you bring:
Experience in sales, business development or account managementin Forex will be advantageous.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, confident in client-facing situations
Target-driven mindset and revenue goals
Able to build trust quickly and maintain long-term client relationships
Good organization and follow-up, able to manage multiple leads and clients at once
Comfortable with CRM systems, online communication tools and basic office software
Proficient in Thai language and basic knowledge of English.
