Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for VJ recruitment, sourcing, and acquisition to expand and diversify our talent pool. Identify and engage with potential VJs through various channels including social media, industry events, talent agencies, and networking platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with VJs, content creators, and influencers to facilitate recruitment and partnership opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand content needs and align recruitment efforts with the platform's objectives and audience interests.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with VJs, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and adherence to company policies.
- Provide guidance and support to recruited VJs, fostering their growth and optimizing their performances on the platform.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging talent, and competitive landscape to drive innovative recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in business development, talent acquisition, or a similar role within the live-streaming or entertainment industry will be preferred.
- Proven track record in recruiting talent, particularly VJs or content creators, and building successful partnerships.
- Strong network and relationships within the live-streaming or entertainment industry.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet recruitment targets.
- Passion for live entertainment and a keen understanding of audience engagement strategies.
