Role Purpose -

We are looking for a driven and hands-on Sales & Business Development Executive to support our merchant acquisition and activation efforts across the F&B and retail sectors in Singapore. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys engaging with merchants, and is passionate about digital payments and fintech.

The responsibilities we entrust you with -

Identify, engage, and onboard new F&B and retail merchants to activate FavePay QR and Pine Labs POS terminals.
Manage the end-to-end sales funnel: lead generation, pitching, closing, onboarding, and activation.
Support merchant training and ensure a smooth go-live experience.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, product, and marketing) to resolve merchant issues and improve onboarding processes.
Track and report on merchant acquisition metrics and funnel performance.
Maintain strong relationships with merchants to drive retention and upsell opportunities.

What matters in this role -

2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or merchant onboarding—preferably in fintech, F&B, or retail.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field sales.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales funnel tracking is a plus.
Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Language Requirement: English + Malay or Mandarin
