Role Summary
Drive new-business growth by sourcing, launching, and scaling acquisition channels and partnerships for Cash Card & Personal Loan. Own partner operations, funnel performance, and GTM readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Channel Discovery & Partnering: Identify, evaluate, and onboard digital, affiliate, ecosystem, inapp, and marketplace partners to expand reach and quality of applications.
- Funnel & Economics: Analyze channel funnel (click apply approve book) and unit economics (CPA, approval/booking rate); propose optimization to improve conversion and reduce cost.
- GTM & Enablement: Co-develop value propositions, messages, and sales enablement with Product/Marketing; ensure readiness of tracking, creatives, and target segments per channel.
- Experimentation: Design and run controlled tests (A/B, holdout) on channel mechanics, offers, and landing flows; document learnings to scale.
- Governance & Compliance: Manage partner contracts, datasharing protocols, and internal approvals; ensure risk, legal, and compliance adherence.
- Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work with Product, Data/Analytics, Risk, Ops, and IT to align credit appetite, lead routing, and booking processes.
- Performance Reporting: Create weekly/monthly channel scorecards with insights and actions for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- 7 year Experience in consumer lending
- Expertise in Personal Loan, Digital Lending
- Strong analytical and portfolio assessment skills
- Knowledge of LOS / Decision Engine / Scorecards
- Strong project and process improvement capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder leadership
- Proactive, strategic, customer-centric mindset
