Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our growing international team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, forming strategic partnerships, and driving growth initiatives that align with our mission to deliver world-class education and training solutions. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and autonomy for professionals who thrive in a dynamic global environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with corporate, academic, and institutional stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to explore new business opportunities and emerging trends in the education and professional development sectors.
- Develop and implement growth strategies to expand Sunhill Business School's presence in international markets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Academic Affairs, and Operations teams to optimize programs and service offerings.
- Prepare and deliver impactful business presentations, proposals, and reports to key decision-makers.
- Manage and nurture long-term client relationships with a strong focus on satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or strategic sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and remotely.
- Experience in the education, training, or professional services sectors is advantageous.
- Comfortable with international collaboration and occasional business travel.
