Hepmil Thailand is kicking off operations in Thailand and we are looking for a Business Development Team Lead / Director to spearhead the business in Thailand with local advertisers and agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Focus on hunting and outbound efforts to win new business opportunities and drive lead generation.
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives to strengthen the companys market presence.
- Deliver quarterly revenue impact by achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Actively network with advertisers, industry bodies, and relevant stakeholders to expand opportunities.
- Build a comprehensive book of business and cultivate long-term client relationships.
- Lead and direct the team during pitching processes to secure high-value clients.
- Establish and maintain relationships with C-level stakeholders to enhance strategic partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Preferably 10 years+ of background and experience in Client Servicing, Digital Sales & Marketing, or Business Development in Advertising and Media
- Strong understanding and interest in Shoppertainment, Creator Economy and consumer trends on social media
- Possess connections with agencies and advertisers in Thailand
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, organizational and business-judgment skills.
- Able to manage tight deadlines with strong leadership and project management skills
- An appetite for changes, empathetic and proactive.
- Experience handling regional campaigns is a plus.
- Professional command of English and Thai
