About the Role

Our client is looking for a dynamic and driven professional to support bothbusiness development and market analysis functions. In this role, you will help expand the company's partnership network while also delivering valuable market insights and educational content to clients and the wider trading community.

You will work closely with internal teams to develop partnerships, analyze market trends, and create engaging financial market content that strengthens client engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development Team Lead/ Manager

  • Develop and maintain a strong network ofIntroducing Brokers (IBs), Asset Managers, Affiliates, and Institutional/B2B partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients to drive long-term business growth and retention.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and expand the company's market presence.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities based on competitor positioning and commercial offerings.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements to ensure commercially viable and mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Gather feedback from partners and clients and share insights with internal teams.
  • Identify and report business opportunities that can increase the company's market share.
  • Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets.

Market Analysis & Content

  • Monitor and analyze financial markets, trends, and economic developments.
  • Produce daily market insights and original content for social media, webinars, and company platforms in both written and video formats.
  • Deliver live presentations through webinars, events, and client sessions to educate and engage audiences.
  • Conduct one-on-one discussions with clients to provide market insights and trading perspectives.
  • Propose new content formats and topics to improve audience engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and internal teams to align content with campaigns and business goals.
  • Ensure all content is clear, accurate, and professionally presented.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree inFinance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum12 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Market Analysis, or a similar role.
  • Prior experience in theForex, CFDs, Commodities, or Financial Services industryis highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and trading instruments.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales or performance targets.
  • Candidates with anexisting network or book of businesswill be an advantage.
