Job Summary
We are looking for a data-driven and creative Business Development (TikTok Shop) to lead our e-commerce growth. You will be the architect of our TikTok ecosystem, responsible for synchronizing Affiliate Marketing, Live Streaming operations, and Paid Media spending. The ideal candidate is a Hands-on executor who can transition from high-level strategy to deep-diving technical optimization in the TikTok Seller Center and Ads Manager.
Key Responsibilities
1. Affiliate & Creator Management
- Strategy & Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and manage a high-performing network of TikTok Affiliates and KOCs (Key Opinion Consumers).
- Performance Tracking: Develop commission structures and incentive programs to motivate creators to drive consistent GMV.
- Content Briefing: Provide creative direction to affiliates to ensure content aligns with brand identity while maintaining high conversion rates.
2. Live Streaming Strategy & Operations
- Live Commerce Execution: Plan and oversee the end-to-end Live Streaming calendar, including SKU selection, pricing strategy, and promotional mechanics (Flash Sales, Vouchers).
- Real-time Optimization: Monitor live dashboards to adjust tactics on the fly, ensuring maximum engagement and retention during broadcasts.
- Host Management: Brief and train live hosts on product USPs and closing techniques.
3. Media Spending & Performance Marketing
- Self-Serve Ad Execution: Directly manage and optimize paid campaigns (Video Shopping Ads - VSA, Live Shopping Ads - LSA) within the TikTok Ads Manager.
- Budget Allocation: Manage monthly media spending to achieve target ROAS, CPA, and New Customer Acquisition goals.
- A/B Testing: Continuously test hooks, creative assets, and audience targeting to improve funnel efficiency.
4. Data Analytics & Agency Coordination
- Performance Reporting: Deliver weekly and monthly reports focusing on GMV, Conversion Rate (CR), and ROI.
Qualifications
- Experience: 24 years of proven experience in TikTok Shop management or Social Commerce.
- Technical Mastery: Deep Hands-on experience with TikTok Seller Center and TikTok Ads Manager. (Candidates who have only managed agencies without direct ad-buying experience will not be prioritized).
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret e-commerce metrics and translate data into actionable growth strategies.
- Content Sense: A sharp eye for what makes a video Viral yet Shoppable.
- Proactive & Agile: Ability to pivot quickly in the fast-paced TikTok environment.
