About the Role
The role involves acquiring and managing new clients, IBs, and investors while maintaining and expanding client relationships in the Forex/CFD market.
Responsibilities
- 3+ years of experience in Forex/CFD brokerage, including leadership or Country Manager/BDM roles.
- Acquire and manage new clients, IBs, and investors.
- Maintain and expand client relationships.
- Negotiate contracts & close deals.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong understanding of the FX market, IB model, trading platforms (MT4/MT5/cTrader), and KPIs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently with high responsibility and a results-driven mindset.
- A strong network of IBs or industry contacts is a plus.
- English proficiency required; additional languages are an advantage.
- Open for candidates from Thailand, Philippines, Myanmar and other Asia countries.

Pay range and compensation package
- 2500$ - 4000$/Month + Commission
