Key Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive business plan for brand expansion in Thailand.
- Identify and engage with potential franchisees, distributors, or retail partners.
- Work with landlords and property agents to secure prime retail locations.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Legal, Marketing, Operations, Finance) for local setup.
- Drive collaborations with fashion retailers, department stores, and e-commerce platforms.
- Oversee timeline, budget, and execution of brand launch and retail rollout.
- Provide periodic reports and strategic recommendations to management and HQ.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, retail expansion, or fashion/luxury brand management.
- Strong knowledge of the Thai fashion and retail landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on project execution ability.
- Fluent in Thai and English.
