Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Growth & Operations Specialist to support WorldFirst's growth in Thailand. This role will play a key part in driving business initiatives, improving operational performance, and helping WorldFirst strengthen its position as a leading cross-border payment solutions provider for businesses in Thailand.

This is a newly created role reporting directly to the Country Manager. It offers a strong opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the growth and performance of the Thailand business.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with key stakeholders to align business performance with company objectives, identify growth opportunities, and drive initiatives that deliver meaningful commercial impact.
  • Develop and execute business growth and operational improvement initiatives, including data analysis, market and competitor research, business requirement documentation, GTM planning, and cross-functional project implementation.
  • Track and monitor the performance of key initiatives, generate insights from data, and translate findings into clear actions and recommendations.
  • Gather feedback from customers, partners, sales, and marketing teams on product enhancements, new features, and market needs, with the goal of positioning WorldFirst solutions as best-in-class in Thailand.
  • Bridge product knowledge across sales and marketing teams by conducting commercial trainings on new product features and launches, including value proposition, target audience, competitive positioning, and use cases.
  • Work with internal teams to create product documentation, feature guides, and customer-facing materials aligned with product specifications to support successful rollouts.
  • Support ad-hoc business initiatives and strategic projects for the Thailand market.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business growth, business operations, commercial strategy, GTM, product operations, or a similar role, preferably within e-commerce, payments, fintech, or technology industries.
  • Strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively across teams.
  • Demonstrated ownership, resourcefulness, and accountability in delivering business objectives.
  • Fluent in both Thai and Mandarin.
  • Able to adapt and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel for business when required.
