Business Intelligence (Collection Transformation Module)

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Develop dashboards and reports to track collection performance and other key collection metrics.

Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency, enhance accuracy, and enable real-time monitoring.

Work with BA and Data Engineers to design and maintain collection data structures, ensuring data accuracy, integration, and governance.

Deliver structured data and insights to support decision-making for Collection, Risk, Finance, and Operations teams.

Continuously improve data processes, automation, and reporting workflows to drive efficiency and business impact.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.

At least 3 years of experience in data management, business intelligence, or analytics in the financial services or lending industry.

Proven experience in developing reports, dashboards, and automating reporting processes.

Experience working with data governance, data pipelines, and ETL processes.

Understanding of the lending industry, credit risk, and regulatory requirements related to collection and reporting.

Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and experience with BI tool integrations.

Awareness of business intelligence trends and emerging technologies in data analytics and reporting.

Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, or other BI tools for reporting and visualization.

Experience with data visualization to present complex data in an understandable format.
