Department: COO PMO & Strategy
Team: Business Intelligence
Responsibilities
- Gather and consolidate business requirements to develop, map data, and deliver reports/dashboards to business teams (e.g., automated KPI tracking/reporting and dashboards for LINE-related products and services)
- Design solutions for standard BI reporting, including self-service reporting, pre-defined reports, and ad-hoc data requests
- Visualize and simplify data for further analysis (e.g., identifying opportunities to improve processes and accelerate business performance)
- Act as a champion for knowledge management (KM): manage the knowledge and information database (e.g., set frameworks and guidelines), and provide trainings to stakeholders to help them systematically use the internal documentation/reporting database (Wiki)
- Manage overall plans and timelines for each assignment to ensure timeline delivery
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data science, financial analysis, or a related field
- Solid experience with BI/visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Jupyter Notebook)
- Solid experience in one or more query languages (e.g., SQL, Python, SparkR, R Studio)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment with tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Professional proficiency in Thai and English (both spoken and written)
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in the technology or digital industry
