Role: Business Intelligence Associate (Sales Performance & Power BI)

This position supports datadriven decisionmaking by delivering accurate performance reports and insights for Commercial Excellence, Sales, and Finance teams. You'll play a key role in ensuring data quality, reporting consistency, and analytical support across the business.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain performance reports & dashboards (sales, targets, call plan, coverage, productivity)
- Validate and reconcile data across multiple sources (CRM, sales, finance, price change requests)
- Maintain BI dashboards and Excelbased trackers (Power BI, advanced Excel)
- Provide adhoc analysis for business reviews and management presentations
- Support data governance, reporting SOPs, and CRM data management
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Commercial Excellence, SFE, or similar roles
- Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data validation)
- Experience with BI / visualization tools (Power BI preferred)
- Ability to work with multiple data sources (CRM, sales systems, IQVIA is a plus)
- Good command of English
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage recurring deadlines
- Experience in pharma, healthcare, FMCG, or salesdriven environments is an advantage.
