Job Description

Develop comprehensive SQL queries to support ad hoc reporting, dashboard creation, and data analysis for various business units
Gather and refine data requirements from business users and management to support ongoing and project-based initiatives
Design and maintain ETL pipelines to automate reports and dashboards on the in-house data platform
Collaborate with local and regional teams to align on data sources, business definitions, and functional logic updates
Perform quantitative analysis using statistical techniques to uncover insights to drive business decisions and strategy
Provide data-driven support for consumer campaign and other cross-functional business activities

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering
1 2 years of experience in an Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Engineering role working with large-scale, complex datasets
Proficient in SQL for data manipulation and transformation; experienced in data visualization
Proficient in Python with working knowledge of machine learning and practical project experience
Able to deliver actionable insights, communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences, and work independently or in teams
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a creative approach to solving complex problems
