Business Intelligence Special/Development

Job Description: Business Intelligence Special/Development ( Contract 6 months)

This role focuses on dashboard, performance analysis, automation, and actionable insights

across Commercial, Marketing, Operations, and Management teams.

Key role in turning data into insights, improving reporting automation, and helping the business

move.

Key Responsibilities:

Dashboard & Reporting

• Build, maintain, and optimize Tableau dashboards

• Ensure dashboards are accurate and scalable

• Improve dashboard usability, performance, and storytelling

Data Analysis & Insights

• Analyze trends WoW / MoM / YoY / pre-post campaign

• Translate data into clear insights & recommendations for business teams

• Support ad-hoc analysis for management and stakeholders

Data Automation & Pipeline

• Automate recurring reports using:

○ Google Sheets / Google Apps Script

○ Python (Pandas, Numpy preferred)

○ CSV ingestion workflows

• Support lightweight data pipelines feeding Tableau

• Reduce manual work and improve data refresh reliability

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with:

○ Commercial & Marketing teams

○ Operations & Support

• Understand business questions and convert them into analytical solutions

Required Skills & Experience:

Must-Have

• 2–5+ years experience in Business Intelligence / Data Analytics

• Strong experience with Tableau (Desktop/Prep & Cloud)

• Solid SQL skills (BigQuery / PostgreSQL or similar)

• Python for data analysis & automation

• Experience working with e-commerce or digital performance data

• Strong analytical thinking

• Ability to explain data clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with e-commerce/marketing metrics

• Google Apps Script / Google Workspace automation
