About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Business Management Intern to support projects across Corporate Planning, Strategy, Revenue Operations and Sales Operations.

Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will gain hands-on exposure to strategic initiatives involving business intelligence, performance reporting, sales operations and internal corporate planning. Unlike a purely research-focused internship, this role provides opportunities to support both the planning and execution of key business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Chief of Staff in coordinating and executing strategic and cross-functional initiatives, including project management of the post-merger integration of an overseas acquisition.
• Assist in Sales Operations related tasks such as client performance analysis and sales committee meetings.
• Support Management on quarterly tracking and review of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
• Develop presentation decks for our investors and board of directors, or for corporate events
• Perform market, competitor and business research where required.

Key Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in business strategy, operations and project implementation.
• Comfortable working with data and able to identify key trends and insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Metabase or other data visualisation tools would be an advantage
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive, curious and willing to learn and contribute.
• Able to commit to at least 4 working days per week for at least six months.
