Job Description

Job Descriptions:

Commercial Event Planning & Execution: Design, coordinate, and manage commercial events and promotional activities in collaboration with tenants, ensuring alignment with their business objectives and NEXTOPIA Zone's strategic goals.

Tenant Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants on all marketing and commercial initiatives, understanding their goals, challenges, and opportunities to co-create events that drive engagement and sales.

Campaign Management: Develop integrated marketing campaigns around events, combining offline and online channels to maximize reach, awareness, and participation.

Traffic & Sales Optimization: Monitor and analyze event performance, including foot traffic, sales impact, and customer engagement, to ensure measurable business outcomes for tenants and the zone.

Collaboration Across Teams: Coordinate with operations, digital marketing, PR, and design teams to ensure seamless execution of events and campaigns.

Innovation & Creative Initiatives: Continuously propose creative ideas and new concepts for tenant-driven events to enhance customer experience, differentiate the zone, and strengthen tenant partnerships.

Budget Oversight: Plan and manage marketing budgets for events and promotions, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum ROI.

Reporting & Insights: Prepare detailed post-event reports highlighting key results, insights, and recommendations for future initiatives.

Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and consumer behavior to keep events and campaigns fresh, relevant, and impactful.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • 10-12 years of experience in marketing, business management, or commercial event management, preferably in retail, shopping malls, lifestyle destinations, or commercial property sectors.
  • Proven experience in planning and executing commercial events that drive measurable business results.
  • Strong track record of managing relationships with multiple tenants or stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of retail marketing, event management, experiential marketing, and consumer engagement strategies.
  • Ability to plan, manage, and track budgets and ROI for multiple campaigns and events.
  • Understanding of commercial operations and tenant business dynamics in retail environments.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, social media management, CRM systems, and data analytics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital communication tools.
  • Strong command of English and Thai (spoken and written)
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills to work effectively with tenants and internal teams.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
  • Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to design high-impact commercial events.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Results-driven, proactive, and able to deliver under tight timelines.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset, capable of optimizing event performance and commercial impact.
