Business Manager – Thailand
Location: Bangkok, Thailand
Barrington James is partnering with a growing precision oncology and molecular diagnostics company to appoint a Business Manager for Thailand. This role will focus on driving commercial growth and expanding market presence for an advanced oncology diagnostics and genomic profiling portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business development activities across Thailand
- Build relationships with oncologists, pathologists, cancer centers, laboratories, and key stakeholders
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to grow market adoption
- Identify new opportunities within oncology, molecular diagnostics, and precision medicine
- Collaborate with regional commercial and medical teams to support market expansion
- Manage key accounts, sales forecasting, and pipeline activities
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and reimbursement landscape
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related discipline
- 5–8 years of commercial experience within oncology, molecular diagnostics, genomics, or specialty healthcare
- Strong understanding of precision medicine, NGS, molecular profiling, or oncology diagnostics preferred
- Proven track record in business development or strategic account management
- Strong network within Thailand's oncology ecosystem is advantageous
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent in Thai and English

- Exposure to pharmaceutical partnerships or biomarker-driven healthcare solutions
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
