Job Description

Your Role:

  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including requisition review, sourcing, quotation analysis, negotiation, purchase order issuance, and delivery follow-up.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team to assist with vendor selection/tender processes to ensure transparency and align with company's policies.
  • Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, service, reliability, and compliance standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers to ensure service quality and continuity.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to achieve cost savings and value optimization.
  • Provide procurement advisory and support to internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and compliant purchasing practices.
  • Prepare and manage procurement documentation related to the acquisition of goods and services, including Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), contracts, and other relevant documents.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.

  • 3+ years of procurement or purchasing experience
  • Experience in financial services industry is an advantage.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English, both for communication and writing.
