Business Operations Analyst
Role Summary
Support the Head/Deputy of Business Operations in driving business performance, improving operational processes, and supporting project delivery governance across the organization. This role works cross-functionally with Sales, Delivery, Finance, and HR to analyze business performance, support strategic initiatives, and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Performance Analysis
- Analyze company performance including revenue, backlog, project margin, and utilization
- Develop management dashboards and performance reports
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business improvement
2. Delivery Performance Monitoring
- Track project performance including schedule, budget, and margin
- Support project review and performance reporting
- Assist in identifying delivery risks and operational bottlenecks
3. Process Improvement
- Analyze operational workflows across sales, project delivery, and billing
- Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements
- Support implementation of improved business processes
4. Strategic Initiative Support
- Support cross-functional projects such as
- CRM / ERP implementation
- operational transformation
- pricing or business model improvements
- automation / AI initiatives
5. Data & Dashboard Development
- Consolidate data from multiple sources
- Build dashboards to improve business visibility
- Ensure data consistency for management reporting
Qualifications
Experience
- 36 years experience in business operations, consulting, strategy, or business analysis
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
Skills
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) is a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills
