Role Overview
We are looking for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner / FP&A Manager to support brand and channel performance across multiple markets. This role partners closely with commercial teams to drive profitable growth through strong financial insights, planning, and decision support.
Key Responsibilities
Business Partnering & Commercial Finance
- Act as finance business partner to brand and channel teams across assigned markets
- Provide actionable insights on performance, pricing, mix, and trade investments
- Evaluate ROI for trade, consumer promotions, A&P, and new product launches
- Build business cases and track pre-/post-launch performance
- Analyze channel and customer profitability; improve trade terms and cost-to-serve
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Lead driver-based forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning
- Deliver monthly reporting and variance analysis vs. Budget, Forecast, and KPIs
- Identify key risks, opportunities, and performance drivers for management reviews
- Support net working capital and cash flow optimization in collaboration with Supply Chain and Sales
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA / CPA / CIMA a plus)
- Minimum 8 years experience in FP&A or commercial finance, preferably in FMCG or consumer markets
- Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and financial modelling skills
- Experience with S&OP, ROI analysis, and driver-based planning
- Advanced Excel skills; Power BI is an advantage
- Fluent in English; additional local languages are a plus
