Knowledge / Qualification
- Experience in process improvement and/or business process analysis
- Knowledge in Project Management /Process Improvement/ Process Mapping/ Process Analysis
- Knowledge of IT common terms , common logic for development & implementation process
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced communication skills both verbally and in writing with management, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the Company
Responsibility
- Lead and implement the key strategic initiatives to transform either process, people, or organization
- Provide the proactive consulting by identify and determine the optimal method and solution
- Review overall business workflow and look into areas for better efficiency and effectiveness on corporate operational performances
- Perform analysis for further development and implementation of a structured methodology for a smoother process
- Lead Project Teams and facilitates collaborative architecture discussions among the functional representatives
- Manage the execution of the project with a focus on maintaining project scope and company direction/business goals
