Job Description:
Join our small Business Optimization team as a Business Process Analyst where you&aposll have direct impact on our operations and client service delivery. This role offers a potential for hands-on experience in diverse aspects of driving profitability through efficiency gains where your voice matters and your initiatives drive real change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize business processes across accounting, corporate secretarial, billing, payroll, and other services / internal processes.
- Design and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Implement automation procedures through Excel macros and Power Automate.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify bottlenecks and streamline workflows.
- Develop performance metrics and KPIs to measure process effectiveness.
- Support the integration of new technologies and digital solutions.
- Create documentation and training materials for process improvements.
- Conduct regular process audits and recommend continuous improvements.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Process Improvement, Accounting, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or operations.
- Proficiency in Thai (native) and English (business level).
- Experience with process mapping, performance metrics, and quality control methodologies.
- Proficiency in Excel (Pivot tables, VBA macros) and comfort with learning new systems.
- Experience in creating automation with Power Automate is a strong plus.
