Description
- Creating and processing orders in a timely manner, processing requests for rush orders, and reviewing pending orders and customer requests, coordinating with cross functional team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Managing customer accounts, following up with customers for administrative purposes, and providing troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses, and other problems.
- Process Improvement- Identifying inefficiencies and propose implement solutions.
- Gather and analyze the forecast based on the sales plan and current order situation and send them to the factory to make the production plan.
- Preparing Sales Dashboard monthly for business review and proactively drive performance analysis, identify risks and opportunities against target.
- Tracking and follow up sales performance/trade programs Quotations, confirmed orders.
- Market Research: To conduct market research for various products as needed.
- Pricing Support create centralize desk and support function in making competitive offers and maximizing the profits.
- Responsible for driving Sales Budgeting exercise.
- Issue Resolution Assist in identifying and resolving issues such as quality, delay of products with coordination through cross functional.
- Utilize and manage ERP system

- Explore opportunities and coordinate with sales representatives in developing new businesses in existing markets and through new territories.
