Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow GRC/IRM Business Process Consultant to lead consulting, advisory, and implementation engagements across Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) / Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

The consultant will work closely with clients to understand business challenges, design scalable process solutions, drive successful implementations, and contribute to practice growth, presales, governance, and innovation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead ServiceNow GRC/IRM consulting and delivery engagements, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes aligned with client objectives.
  • Engage with clients to analyze governance, risk, compliance, audit, operational resilience, and vendor risk management requirements.
  • Conduct workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirement gathering sessions to capture, validate, and prioritize business needs.
  • Translate business objectives into ServiceNow IRM-enabled process designs, functional specifications, and solution blueprints.
  • Develop and review BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, advisory documents, and governance related artifacts.
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure platform feasibility and alignment with ServiceNow best practices.
  • Drive adoption of out-of-the-box ServiceNow IRM/GRC capabilities while minimizing customization.
  • Support UAT, go-live readiness, stabilization, and post-implementation optimization activities.
  • Ensure adherence to delivery governance, quality standards, framework compliance, audits, and documentation guidelines.
  • Support presales initiatives including RFP responses, solution discussions, demos, estimations, proof-of concepts, and client presentations.
  • Identify business growth opportunities within existing accounts through consultative engagement and strategic advisory.
  • Contribute to practice development through reusable assets, accelerators, templates, knowledge repositories, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Conduct trainings, mentoring sessions, knowledge transfers, and team enablement activities.
  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, resource planning, and cross-skilling initiatives.
  • Ensure effective stakeholder management, delivery governance, project profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with ServiceNow IRM roadmap, industry regulations, governance frameworks, and emerging risk trends.
  • Contribute to continuous learning, innovation initiatives, and organizational culture-building activities.

Key Competencies:

  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules including Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk.
  • Good understanding of governance, risk, compliance, cybersecurity, and audit processes.
  • Strong business process consulting, stakeholder management, and requirement gathering skills.
  • Experience with Agile delivery models and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and consulting skills.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 6 to 8 years of experience in ServiceNow consulting, business analysis, GRC advisory, or IRM implementation roles.
  • Hands-on experience in ServiceNow IRM/GRC implementations.
  • Experience working with enterprise clients and cross-functional/global teams.

Certifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow CIS – Risk & Compliance / IRM / GRC
  • ITIL 4 Foundation
  • CBPC / Agile Certifications
  • ISO 27001, CISA, CRISC, or similar certifications preferred
