Job Description
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to analyze existing business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvement opportunities.
- Conduct process mapping (as-is / to-be) and define automation or AI adoption potential to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications for AI or automation solutions.
- Lead process improvement projects end-to-end, including documentation, progress tracking, and post-implementation review.
- Develop consulting materials and deliverables that support analysis, recommendations, and executive decision-making.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align business, technical, and operational perspectives.
- Stay up to date on insurance operations, AI applications, and best practices in digital transformation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, insurance, or business process improvement / digital transformation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking skills.
- Familiarity with process improvement frameworks (Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, BPMN).
- Understanding of insurance business operations (underwriting, claims, policy servicing) and ability to apply across other industries.
- Knowledge of AI and automation technologies.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma, BPM, or Agile is a plus.
