Position: Business Process Improvement
Level: Senior Department Manager
Report to: Director
Location: Samut Sakhon
Drive end-to-end business process excellence by leveraging SAP capabilities and digital solutions to improve efficiency, control, transparency, and scalability across operations (commercial, supply chain, finance, and manufacturing).
Act as the bridge between business, IT, and operations to ensure process standardization and value realization from SAP and digital investments.
Responsibilities
1. Process Governance & Standardization
- Lead end-to-end process mapping (As-Is / To-Be) across key business functions
- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and control weaknesses
- Establish standardized SOPs aligned with SAP best practices
- Ensure cross-functional process alignment and governance discipline
2. SAP Optimization & Implementation Support
- Act as business process owner in SAP implementation / enhancement projects
- Translate business requirements into system-functional specifications
- Drive UAT, change impact assessment, and go-live readiness
- Monitor post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement
- Prioritize CRs (Change Requests) based on business value
3. Digitalization & Automation
- Identify automation opportunities (RPA, dashboards, workflow digitization)
- Lead digital use case identification and business case development
- Collaborate with IT/data teams to implement digital solutions
- Drive dashboard development for operational visibility (e.g., S&OP, plant performance, inventory health)
4. Performance & Value Realization
- Define KPIs linked to process improvements (cycle time, cost, service level, accuracy)
- Track benefit realization from SAP/digital initiatives
- Support data-driven decision-making across leadership forums
- Drive continuous improvement culture (Lean mindset)
5. Change Management & Capability Building
- Conduct training on new processes and system functionalities
- Ensure adoption and compliance post-implementation
- Develop super-user network across functions
- Support business readiness for future transformation roadmap
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or related field
- Strong SAP functional knowledge (preferably in Supply Chain / Manufacturing / Finance modules)
- Experience in ERP implementation or large-scale transformation projects
- Strong process thinking (Lean, Six Sigma exposure is a plus)
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership
