Key Responsibilities:
- Research information to be used in conducting project feasibility studies (Feasibility Study).
- Prepare cost benefit analysis and summaries of requirements for process development.
- Collect information on current operating processes for use in study and analysis to improve work processes.
- Research information beneficial to process improvement, such as work improvement and development techniques or modern technologies.
- Analyze problems and/or limitations of current processes and propose effective approaches for process improvement.
- Monitor, follow up, and report on the implementation of new work processes in accordance with the established plans.
- Act as an assistant to management in managing various process improvement projects as assigned, including:
-Reviewing the accuracy and completeness of system analysis and operational techniques of various departments, as well as projects or approaches for efficiency improvement, and providing recommendations on relevant issues.
-Monitoring progress of process improvement projects.
-Monitoring the use of systems or work processes that have been improved/developed in accordance with the plans.
-Resolving issues arising during project implementation.
- Provide advice on relevant techniques for operations so that team members and various departments can resolve preliminary issues and perform their duties efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or other related fields.
- Experience in Information Technology or Management Information Systems (MIS) will be highly advantage.
- At least 3 years of experience in process improvement or process development.
- Strong skills in analytical thinking, operational planning, control, monitoring, evaluation, coordination, and negotiation
- Ability to work effectively under high pressure
- Proficiency in English, computer usage, and basic software programs
- Knowledge and understanding with the ability to analyze work processes and various techniques
- Knowledge and understanding of technology and new bodies of knowledge (Technology-oriented)
- Strong questioning skills to elicit desired answers (Questioning Skill)
- Good interpersonal relationships with colleagues and various departments (Interpersonal Skill)
- Good communication skills
- Skills in providing consultation, guidance, and on-the-job training
