About the Role
We are looking for a BPO/Process Analyst to lead process improvement initiatives, enhance retail operations, and support system implementation across the organization.
Job description:
- Analyze and redesign processes (ASIS/TOBE) to improve efficiency and align with business goals.
- Run crossfunctional workshops with Ops, Merchandising, Finance, and IT.
- Develop SOPs and define process ownership to drive consistency.
- Translate business requirements into Functional Specifications.
- Support SIT/UAT with IT and vendors to ensure system accuracy.
- Apply Lean/Six Sigma and implement automation (RPA/AI).
- Lead change management, training, and communication to support adoption.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years experience in retail systems, process improvement, or system implementation.
- Strong understanding of retail operations (Store Ops, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance).
- Experience in process mapping, SOP development, and requirements gathering.
- Familiarity with SIT/UAT and writing functional specs.
- Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma and automation tools.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
