This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with Enterprises, particularly SMEs, supporting them in upgrading their technology and innovation capabilities, and collaborating with both internal and external partners to drive impactful changes.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose the needs of bank clients (enterprises), coordinate assistance, and support them in developing and upgrading their technology and innovation capabilities
- Analyze and assess the status of technology, production efficiency, industry standards, ESG practices, and innovation capabilities of enterprises
- Prepare analytical reports on technology and innovation needs or develop technology roadmaps tailored to each enterprise's context
- Coordinate with government agencies, private sector organizations, and other stakeholders to support enterprises in areas such as financial assistance, technical consulting, tax incentives, and innovation support programs
- Support TASK's academic activities and administrative functions, including project coordination, partner engagement, and internal support tasks
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or higher in Business Administration, Technology and Innovation Management, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related fields
- Strong skills in business analysis, technology assessment, and report writing
- Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) at a good to very good level, with the ability to present work professionally in English
- Experience in coordinating with government, private sector, or international organizations is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in teams and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
- Ability to create presentation materials using, for example, PowerPoint or Canva
